1. Many of the lessons are designed around questions and feedback from course students, and you’ll find that some chapters are (unfortunately) a bit repetitive – for example, the free Heroku tier is no longer available.
2. You can follow the entire course by watching the videos. Downloadable resources such as working ZIP files are not always available in lessons, but this should not affect your learning. Likewise, some of the videos are based on old website articles that are now out of date, but you can still follow along by watching the full video.
3. There are a few chapters that are very code oriented. If you are not a programmer, you can skip these chapters and still understand the rest easily. Most chapters are self-contained, but as a prerequisite for the rest, you must first complete the Beginner’s tutorial (which explains the concept of a state machine).
