In this study, the areas with underground water potential in the Okreland region of Germany have been determined using GIS and remote sensing techniques. In the modeling stage, the weighting and overlapping method is used and digital maps including height, slope, topographic moisture index (TWI), normalized differential vegetation index (NDVI), linear density, rainfall, land use, distance to the river, Geomorphology and soil have been produced.
