Techware Engineering Suite is a suite of extensions for doing engineering calculations in Excel. The package includes 4 Air, Gas, XLInterp and WinSteam extensions. Air @ is a complete plug-in for thermodynamic calculations of humid air. All calculations are summarized and detailed within Excel. With this extension you can perform a variety of calculations related to air conditioners, evaporative cooling systems, compressors and air turbines. You can easily design the necessary equipment in a simple Excel environment without having to deal with different information tables.
Gas @ is another additive to perform thermodynamic calculations on chimney and related gases. This plug-in can be used for various calculations of emissions of nitrogen, oxygen, argon, carbon dioxide and water vapor. They make up 99.997 percent of the standard air volume and 99.9 percent of the emissions. The thermodynamic functions used in this plugin formulate the exact calculations on all five gases with the exact formula and show you the result with high confidence. XLInterp is the complete solution for linear and nonlinear interpolation of functions over a specified time period. This technique belongs to the branch of numerical computing in mathematics and has wide applications in engineering sciences. The function of this plugin is bivariate so it works with two tables. This plug-in can perform the above calculations directly or inversely and show you the calculation results on the graph. Finally, WinSteam\’s latest add-on is used for steam thermodynamic calculations. All extensions are also compatible with the latest versions of Excel .
WinSteam 4.0, @Air 4.0, @Gas 4.0 and XLInterp 4.0 have been tested with Windows 8 and Windows 10 and are fully compatible. The Excel add-ins for these products have been tested with Office 2013 and 2016 and are fully compatible with both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Excel. Previous versions of these products are not compatible with Office 2013 or later.
We\’ve made a change to the installation programs for the 32-bit versions of all of our 4.0 products to make it easier for users to find Excel add-ins. The previous versions of all of our 32-bit products have the Excel add-ins installed in the Library folder of the current version of Excel installed on your computer. The new release of the 32-bit installation programs replaces the Excel add-in files in the corresponding TechwareEng product folder. This was done because the Office Library folder is difficult to find under Office 2013.
Use the serials in the Serial.txt file to register the software.
