EPCON CHEMPRO is a software application for fast flash calculations in polymer engineering. Doing these calculations manually is very time consuming and requires high accuracy and vigilance. With this program, you will no longer need to perform complex simulations with THERMA Pro software. EPCON CHEMPRO, in addition to the capabilities of Therma Pro software, gives you the ability to reliably determine the phase separators and characteristics of hydrocarbon flows without having thermodynamic expertise. The high accuracy and speed of this program is well known, and with the help of this program, you can quickly perform your desired calculations without the need for complex simulations and get very accurate results, which means that there is a need to create different streams and flash dramas. You do not have to simulate, but only select the type of flash calculations you want and after entering the feed and the properties of the flash, you will see the result of the calculations.
This software works using two-phase and three-phase flash calculations and uses the AIChE DIPPR database for this purpose. Quasi-components are generated manually or automatically for D86, D2887, and…, and the percentage of moles and calculations for each phase can be calculated separately. In addition, it is possible to use different scales for measurements that can be selected based on a particular country or region, Ibn Kar is widely used to share results globally.
