This software is incompatible with newer versions of Windows 10 and cannot be installed directly; So before installation, right-click on the VisSetup.exe file and select Properties. Then from the Compatibility tab, check Run this program in compatibility mode for and from the activated menu, select Windows 7. Then click ok and install the software.

Note: If you have installed the software normally and there is a problem in its execution, in addition to deleting the software itself, you must also remove Sentinel Runtime. To do this, run cmd and go to the folder where you downloaded the software with the cd command (suppose if the software is downloaded and extracted in the folder C:\CSI Italia VIS Concrete Design 12.1.0, then enter command cd C:\CSI Italia VIS Concrete Design). Then enter the command haspdinst.exe -r to remove Sentinel Runtime. Then reinstall the software as instructed above.

The software does not run on virtual systems.

Version 12.1 was installed on Windows 10 64-bit version on December 27, 2021 and was successfully launched and activated.
