Bentley SACS is a comprehensive software package that provides analysis, design and manufacturing services for offshore structures including gas, oil and gasoline, platforms and wind farm decks. Its ability to dynamically replicate designs allows users to perform advanced analysis, adhere to marine design terms and conditions, and visualize complex results.
Bentley SACS provides marine engineers with conceptual analysis with design capabilities that improve infrastructure operational convenience and minimize risk and ensure compliance across a broad range of infrastructures. This software specializes in important specialty analysis in all marine projects including: Nonlinear Structure Analysis; Dynamic Response Analysis by Wind or Curvature; Current Waves, and Earthquake Loads; Impact Analysis Important – and high-level analysis specifically for servicing incident loads such as unforeseen air currents, ship impacts, and infrastructure or structural collapses. SACS can model pipe-covered structures, foundations, beams, and decks as well as perform complete calculations of the wear life cycle.
In addition to supporting software with internationally-designed design codes and checks, Bentley SACS’s power extends to features such as 64-bit software capability, multiprocessor speed, and data re-usability through unconditional integration It increases with other Bentley products through ISM. This feature includes MOSES for ship engineering architectural analysis such as STAAD and ProSteel, which is used in structural analysis and modeling using the Bentley Open Complex structural modeling format and is known as ISM.
For offshore and turbine designers, the Bentley SACS can be integrated with other software including GH Bladed and FAST features.
